• Booking Terms & Conditions

  • Payment:

    • 50% of the total amount must be paid at the time of booking.
    • Full payment is required before forwarding the passport for Hajj Visa – 2025 (Last week of April 2025).
    • Payments should be made in favor of Al Azam Tours and Travels via Cheque/RTGS/NEFT/Net Banking as per RBI guidelines, including applicable GST & TCS.

  • Passport & Documents:

    • Passport must be valid for more than 6 months from the date of travel.
    • PAN Card & Aadhar Card copy (PAN & Aadhar should be linked).
    • 4 latest passport-size photographs (Color, white background; for ladies, forehead & ears should be visible).

  • Health Requirements:

    • Pilgrims must be fully vaccinated with approved Covid-19 vaccines.
    • A vaccination certificate attested by official health authorities is required.

Tour Cost & Pricing:

• • • The tour cost is based on Haj 2024 airfare & foreign exchange rates and may change at the time of booking.
    • The full tour cost must be cleared before passport submission for the Hajj Visa. Failure to do so will result in cancellation of booking, and the seat will be allocated to the waiting list Haji.

  • Services & Policies:

    • All mentioned services commence only after reaching the accommodation in Makkah/Madinah.
    • Muallim services are subject to Saudi Arabian government policies and may change without prior notice.
    • Flight schedules & itinerary are subject to change without prior notice.

  • Airport & Transportation:

    • At Jeddah Airport, formalities may take 5 to 6 hours, so pilgrims are advised to carry some food with them.
    • Travel from Jeddah Airport to Makkah accommodation takes approximately 3 to 4 hours.
    • During the Hajj period, transportation services between Makkah, Mina, Arafat, and Muzdalifah will be provided as per the package.

  • Luggage & Responsibility:

    • We are not responsible for lost, misplaced, or damaged luggage.
    • Excess luggage charges are to be paid by the Haji at the airport counter.
    • Pilgrims are responsible for their Zam Zam & luggage until their return to Hyderabad. We can only guide in this regard.

  • Accommodation & Room Sharing:

    • All rooms will be on a SHARING basis (4 to 5 beds per room in both Makkah & Madinah).
    • Separate rooms are available at an extra charge.

If a passenger cancels the package after Hajj processing, for any reason, 100% of the amount will be non-refundable.
